Kun ostajalla oli ollut saamansa näytteen perusteella tilaisuus tarkastaa tilaamansa puhdistusaineen laatu ja kokeilla sen tehoa, eikä ollut näytetty toimitetun tavaran olleen näytteestä poikkeavaa, ostajalla ei ollut oikeutta purkaa kauppaa.
